All HALINA products come with a world-wide,10-year protection that is effective from the date of purchase. HALINA luggage is covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty. With our 10-year protection Hontus cover repairs to your luggage in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects. Cloud protection does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by airline mishandling. To receive cloud protection services, determine your coverage eligibility or report any damages that may have occurred, please contact us at 1-844-646-6887 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hontus, LTD or one of our authorized repair centers will evaluate your luggage and determine if it is defective. If your product is defective and currently under warranty, please make sure to report all claims as soon as possible to avoid any delay in repair. If your luggage is damaged when traveling, be sure to make a claim immediately with the airline or cruiseline as this warranty does not cover that damage. Shipping to claim center is not covered, but Hontus does cover return shipping to you when it is a warranty repair.
