Simply send or bring your bag to their Authorized Repair Center in Naples, Florida. No repair number is needed. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag to or from their authorized repair center.
Their "No Nonsense" guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Korchmar Ultra Light Nylon bag for life.
Korchmar's Ultra Light Nylon "no nonsense" guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear and tear or cleaning. They are also not able to cover the replacement of lost or stolen products and/or their contents. If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline they recommend that you hold them responsible by filing a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. If the carrier refuses to take care of your damage Korchmar will repair or replace your product with the same or similar product at no charge.
Note: Some bags are beyond repair and in such cases Korchmar will replace the bag with the closest similar article in functional condition.
