All Lipault products purchased are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
Should you have a problem with your Lipault product that you think is covered under the 3-Year Guarantee, please contact their Customer Service at 1.855.547.2858, M-F 10am-5pm ET so that they can give you a Return Reference Number and tell you where to ship the product. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility
If after inspecting returned product, they determine that it is covered by the 3-Year Guarantee, they will repair the product at their expense and return it to you free of charge. If they are unable to repair your Lipault Product, they reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
If it is determined that the product is not covered by their 3-Year Guarantee, they will provide you with an estimate of what the repair will cost for your approval.

Ship the case to an authorized repair center for warranty evaluation. The cost of shipping to the repair center is the consumer's responsibility.
The Authorized Service Center will determine whether or not the problem is covered by Lipault's warranty. If the warranty applies, consumer will be notified as to whether the Product will be repaired or replaced.
Any such repair or replacement will be at Lipault's expense, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product to you. If the Product is to be replaced and the Product is no longer available, Lipault will substitute a comparable Lipault product.
If it is determined that the product is not covered by the 3-Year Guarantee, the repair center will provide the consumer with an estimate of what the repair will cost for their approval.
