All Mia Toro Products come with a worldwide 10 year protection that is effective from the date of purchase. Mia Toro luggage is covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty. With their 10 Year Protection, they cover repairs to your luggage in the unlikely event of manufacturing or workmanship defects. However, Mia Toro's 10 Year Protection does not cover any damages caused by airline abuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. To receive protective services and determine your coverage eligibility, please notify Mia Toro by calling 1.844.646.6887 to report any damages that may have occurred. The repair center will evaluate your luggage and determine if it is damaged, wear, or defective and if your product is currently under warranty. All claims must be reported immediately to avoid further damages or delay in repair. To receive protection service, please take or ship your product to one of their authorized repair centers. The authorized repair center will make the final determination on the status of the product. If your luggage is damaged by an airline or cruiseline or other common carrier, make a claim with them at once.
