All expedited shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped UPS/FEDEX Next Day or 2 Day. In those cases we will notify you of our exact shipping costs and obtain your approval before shipping the item you have requested. Remember all expedited air shipments are Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Business days after your order is shipped. Business days represent Monday to Friday. Saturday Delivery is also available in some areas. We will do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Shipments to business addresses usually make it to their destination a day quicker then resident addresses. Please note that shipping delays due to inclement weather can occasionally happen especially during winter months. These things are beyond our control. UPS/FEDEX will not refund shipping charges due to late delivery under these circumstances and therefore neither can we.
If an item is defective or damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it. Please notify
us within 48 hours. You must keep the original shipping carton and packaging for a
claim/inspection by carrier; otherwise no replacement or refund can be honored.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return any UNUSED merchandise except personalized monogrammed items within 21 days, following the policy below. The original tags must be on the merchandise and it must be in brand new condition. Engraved or monogrammed items are, of course, not returnable. You are responsible for the RETURN shipping cost. When we include a FREE monogrammed luggage tag you can still exchange or return your purchase. Keep the monogrammed tag as our gift to you. Chess Sets are final sale.
We have a 21 day refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy on online merchandise that has not been personalized/monogrammed. The original tags must be on the product, it must be in the original packaging and must be brand new UNUSED. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number & Shipping Instructions from us. You are responsible for the RETURN shipping cost.
Without a Return Authorization number, all returns will be refused. Call us during normal business hours or email us to obtain this number and returning instructions. Return items unused in the original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise when you return an item, so be sure to use UPS or FedEx and insure your package. Remember to insure the package you are returning. If you refuse an item, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus a $25.00 intercept charge plus the shipping to you and back to the company. You must obtain an R/A number to avoid these charges.
Receiving Credit for Your Return
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. It must be returned to the address we give you along with the RA number. You will need to insure the package and advise us of the tracking information.
Holiday Shipping & Returns
Online Holiday gifts/merchandise purchased on or after November 27th must be received by January 14th for return or exchange. It must be unused in original packaging without monogramming. Of course, monogrammed luggage tag is yours to keep and does not impact returns. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. *You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number & Shipping Instructions from us. Without a Return Authorization number, all returns will be refused.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Any delays in this arise from a backorder situation.
If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will receive written notice. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that
items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (however, you are only billed one shipping charge per order). Please Note: We do NOT ship to PO boxes. Orders
going to non-contiguous states will be charged for extra shipping. Monogramming and engraving are done on site and will not hold up your order. Company logos require extra time as a template must be made.

Monogramming & Engraving
Leave it up to our expert monogrammers. Monogramming is done in order - first, middle and then last name initial. There are no periods in monogramming, just the letters with a small space in-between. Bosca, Royce Leather & Claire Chase are monogrammed directly on the product. All other products receive a leather luggage tag monogrammed free of charge. When we send the monogrammed leather luggage tag it does not impact returning an item and the tag is yours to keep as our gift. Monogramming makes the product special and personally yours.
Please note: Monogramming & Engraving are permanent and cannot be changed.
Engraving is etching on metal. We engrave a silvertone or goldtone plate depending on the trim of the item. Once again, the engraving is done in order of first, middle and then last initial. Smaller items such as money clips have initials engraved directly onto the item. Our expert engravers will choose the style of the engraving based on what is most often requested. If you have a preference for script or block letters, you need to let us know.
Remember, to keep in mind that Monogrammed & Engraved items are final sale when it is done directly on the product, so please let us know if you have a color request or style request when you make the purchase. A sales tax of 7% will be added for customers in Florida only. All deliveries outside of Florida will not be charged sales tax.
