Tommy Hilfiger luggage products are guaranteed for the first 10 years from purchase of the product to be free from all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Manufacturer has the right, at its option, to repair or replace any such product which has a manufacturing defect. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, improper handling, or common carrier damage. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear. As with any luggage, component parts, and, in particular, moving parts, will show wear and tear over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. If such wear and tear occurs, they can provide you with suggestions for repairing or refurbishing your product.
