PRODUCT GUARANTEE

BOCONI clearly stands for impeccable striking style, painstaking attention to detail, and unsurpassed quality. All BOCONI Bags & Leather goods are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The guarantee starts from the date the product was purchased. In the event of a defect arising during the guarantee period, please contact BOCONI by email at info@boconi.com or by telephone a 615-376-9688 in the USA or Canada, and we will provide you with an address for you to send the bag for inspection and repair. Product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. All returns/repairs must be accompanied by a receipt.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear caused by product abuse or neglect including: abrasions in fabrics, leathers, or parts; exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids. The guarantee also does not cover common carrier damage.

REPAIRS

Please note, All BOCONI Bags & Leather goods are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your repair is within the guaranteed time frame please contact their office by email at info@boconi.com or by telephone 615-376-9688. You will be asked to return your BOCONI to their nearest repair location at your own expense. After inspecting your BOCONI item and they confirm it is defective materials or workmanship they will repair the product at their expense and return it to you free of charge. If they are unable to repair your BOCONI, they reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product. For all returning product, they will provide you with a Repair Reference Number to include with the returned package.
