The warranty covers manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the specific length of the warranty period from date of purchase. Bugatti Group will repair or replace the product, without charge, with a current or comparable item if a manufacturer defect arises.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury caused by airport transport, common carrier or delivery services. Implied warranty of merchantability of fitness is limited to the term of warranty contained here in. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this imitation may not apply to you.
